Providing a phone number on our survey is optional. If you provide one and submit the survey, you consent to receive transactional text messages from QLI Fitness Equipment about your equipment inquiry, including:

Scheduling a call or showroom visit, and reminders for it
Order and delivery updates

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving your gym plan or making a purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
