These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QLI FITNESS EQUIPMENT LLC ("QLI Fitness Equipment," "we," "us," or "our") website, gym plan survey, and text messaging program. By using them, you agree to these Terms.
Our survey produces a gym plan based on your answers. The plan is a starting recommendation, not a quote or an offer. Prices, stock, freight, and delivery are confirmed by a QLI Fitness Equipment specialist before any order.
Program name: QLI Fitness Equipment Inquiry Updates.
How you join: by entering your phone number (optional) on our gym plan survey and submitting it.
What you'll receive: transactional text messages about your equipment inquiry: follow-up on your gym plan, answers to your questions, scheduling a call or showroom visit, and order and delivery updates. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program.
Message frequency: varies, up to 8 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving your gym plan or making a purchase.
Text STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no more messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, and we are not responsible for messages that are not received because of carrier issues, device compatibility, or other factors outside our control. Our program is supported on major U.S. carriers.
Our text messaging program is for users 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your phone number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
